Central interceptor report

Hello everyone and welcome to my blog.

Today everybody

The Central Interceptor is a tunnel that takes waste water to the Mangere Sewage Plant,

In Central Auckland is a drill called Hiwa-i-te-rangi, It is 190 meters long, 1 giraffe high and 4 rhinos wide. There are specialists running the drill from Italy.

The drilling process will take 5 years to complete all the tunnels. Currently the S/W and used waste mix and end up polluting the ocean. The tunnels use gravity to take used water from homes and schools, and businesses to M/S/P in order to protect our oceans. The tunnel will cost $1.2 Billion, and be 14.7km long.we hope the project will last 100 year.
